Job Details:

• Experience in handling Criminal And Civil litigation preferably having knowledge of MPID, ED proceedings, 138 matters, NCLT, Consumer Forums and other Forums • Drafting Complaints, Plaints, Revision Various Application in all courts across Mumbai including High Court of Bombay ,Magistrate Courts., Police Authorities, Decree Execution Proceedings, Arbitration Award etc. • Defending Company against all/any litigation initiated by opposite parties/third parties etc. also visiting Courts and Authorities whenever required in the matters. • Presentable appearance , Good communication and Writing skills with written and spoken English. • Good Computer knowledge, Excel and Word • Work with Team spirit approach in the interest of Organisation. • Draft, review, vet, and negotiate various agreements, including: Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, Employment Contracts, Lease Agreements. • Coordinate with external counsel on legal opinions and documentation.
