About the role:
We are looking for a recruitment Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in recruitment, especially in hiring for pharmaceutical and field sales roles. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart a career in HR or Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Specifically,



this role will involve:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes to identify relevant candidates.
- Support initial candidate outreach and basic screening calls
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data, hiring trackers, and reports
- Assist in follow-ups for interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns

Ideal candidate will have:

- Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Any graduate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
