Location: Kolathur, Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle invoicing, billing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related matters.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Solid knowledge of Tally / accounting software, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
