Requirements of Junior Accountant

- Job Title: Junior Accountant
- Location: Kottayam
- Shift Timing: Willingness to work in the UK Shift
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or CMA Intermediate Qualified
- Sound Knowledge of accounting principles and the end-to-end accounting cycle

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage AP, AR and general ledger entries.
- Post Journal entries, accruals and prepayments accurately.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly/Monthly MIS reports and support month-end/year-end closing.
- Maintain audit-ready records and assist with VAT and statutory reporting.




- Coordinate with UK stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure policy compliance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with QuickBooks will be considered a significant advantage.
