Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical / Electrical Technician to perform repair, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Jacobsen turfcare machinery and EZGO golf carts. The candidate should have practical knowledge of mechanical systems, petrol/diesel engines, electric motors, batteries, controllers, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Golf Cart Repair & Maintenance :

- Repair, service, and maintain EZGO electric and petrol-powered golf carts.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in golf carts.
- Diagnose and repair motors, controllers, batteries, chargers, solenoids, wiring, brakes, and accelerator systems.
- Inspect and repair steering, suspension, wheel assemblies, and braking systems.
- Perform battery testing, charging system checks, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Carry out routine servicing and breakdown repairs.

2. Turfcare Machinery Repair & Maintenance :

- Repair, service, and maintain Jacobsen turfcare equipment, including greens mowers, fairway mowers, and other turf maintenance machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
- Troubleshoot petrol and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and electrical components.
- Service and repair cutting units, reels, bedknives,



hydraulic motors, pumps, filters, belts, and bearings.
- Perform reel grinding, backlapping, cutting unit adjustment, and cutting performance checks, wherever applicable.
- Inspect machines and ensure proper functioning before delivery to customers.

3. Mechanical Maintenance:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in engines, pumps, motors, bearings, belts, shafts, and other components.
- Perform engine oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, and scheduled servicing.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pumps, motors, and fluid levels.
- Replace worn-out or damaged parts and ensure proper equipment operation.

4. Electrical Maintenance:

- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, wiring harnesses, switches, relays, sensors, and control panels.
- Diagnose faults in electric motors, controllers, batteries, chargers, and solenoids.
- Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults.
- Perform electrical inspections and ensure protected operation of equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
