About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Style Aura team. In this role, you will be the face of our store—welcoming shoppers, assisting them with sizes and styles, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Assist shoppers in finding the right apparel, colors, and sizes.
- Maintain organized, tidy, and visually appealing display racks and shelves.
- Manage the trial rooms and handle returns/exchanges properly.
- Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and issue receipts at the checkout counter.
- Monitor store stock levels and assist with unboxing and tagging new inventory.

Requirements & Skills:





- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus (freshers with good communication are welcome).
- Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude with shoppers.
- Basic communication skills in the local language (basic English is helpful).
- Familiarity with basic retail billing or willingness to learn POS/billing software quickly.
- Punctual, honest, and comfortable standing for customer service shifts.
