Job SummaryThe HR Executive acts as a bridge between hotel management and operational staff (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, kitchen, and maintenance). They ensure smooth daily operations, high staff retention, and strict adherence to labor regulations. [1, 2]

Core Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and permanent hotel staff, conduct interviews, handle background checks, and lead orientation for new hires. [1, 2, 3]
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate monthly attendance, shift allowances, leave records, and statutory compliances (such as Provident Fund [PF], Employee State Insurance [ESI], gratuity, and bonus calculations). [1]
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Resolve daily staff grievances, manage shift-related conflicts, support a positive work culture, and handle employee engagement activities. [1, 2, 3]
- Training & Development: Coordinate on-the-job hospitality training, guest service standards programs, and compliance workshops. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files, work permits, local labor law registrations, and health and safety compliance records. [1, 2]




- Performance Management: Support department heads in conducting staff appraisals, tracking turnover metrics, and managing offboarding. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality shift dynamics, seasonal workforce scaling, and local labor legislation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office (Excel).
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, empathy, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities suited for a multi-layered service workforce

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
