We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging visual content for our company and clients. The role primarily focuses on social media creatives, website graphics, and advertising creatives, with opportunities to work on diverse projects across different industries and business requirements.

Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Techfied.in, you will be responsible for translating creative ideas and marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.

Your primary focus will be social media posts, website graphics, banners, and ad creatives. You may also work on branding, presentations, print materials, product graphics, and UI/UX-related projects based on client requirements.

We welcome candidates at all experience levels. Your portfolio, practical design skills, creativity, and suitability for the role will be significant considerations during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Design: Create engaging social media posts, promotional creatives, and branded visual content for different businesses.
- Website Graphics: Design website banners, landing page visuals, web graphics, and other digital assets.
- Ad Creatives: Develop compelling visuals for paid advertising campaigns,



keeping the target audience and marketing objectives in mind.
- Branding and Identity: Assist with logo design, brand assets, and maintaining visual consistency across different platforms.
- Creative Project Execution: Work on varied projects with different design requirements, industries, brand identities, and target audiences.
- Marketing-Focused Design: Convert marketing ideas and business requirements into effective visual communication.
- Additional Design Work: Create presentations, pitch decks, brochures, flyers, YouTube thumbnails, product graphics, infographics, and other creative assets as required.
- Collaboration: Understand project briefs, coordinate with team members, incorporate feedback, and make revisions when needed.
- Quality and Deadlines: Maintain design quality, follow brand guidelines, manage assigned tasks, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Creativity and the ability to develop original design concepts.
- A good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to understand design briefs and turn ideas into effective visual creatives.
- An understanding of how design communicates messages and engages audiences.
- Attention to detail and consistency across different design formats.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team when required.
- Willingness to accept feedback and improve designs through revisions.




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A portfolio demonstrating design ability and creative thinking.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
- Experience creating social media creatives and paid advertising visuals.
- Experience designing website banners, landing page graphics, and other web assets.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- An understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience psychology.
- Exposure to UI/UX design, logos, presentations, brochures, or infographics.

Experience Requirements

We are open to candidates at all experience levels, including freshers, self-taught designers, freelancers, and experienced professionals.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their portfolio, design fundamentals, creativity, relevant skills, and ability to handle the responsibilities of the role. Practical projects and personal work may be included in the portfolio.

- Salary: ₹5,000–₹25,000 per month.
