Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers while supporting daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
- Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Handle billing and payments when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements





- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a busy work environment.
- Must be willing to work adaptable shifts, including weekends when required.
