Job Description

We are hiring agile sales professionals to drive enrollments for online UG/PG degree programs and premium Management & Executive Education programs. The role involves counseling students and working professionals, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable online degree and certification programs.
- Handle outbound calls, leads, and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from counseling to enrollment.




- Address objections related to fees, ROI, and program benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 4 years of experience in EdTech, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in online UG/PG degree sales or high-ticket course sales preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
