M/s Pooja Enterprises (structural steel fabrication & supply, Kolkata) is hiring a Payment Follow-up Executive in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on a 1-month contract to follow up and secure release of our outstanding receivable from a client company in Hyderabad.

Reporting / work location (client site):

3rd floor, Vakula Mansion, above Axis Bank, Cyberhills Colony, P Janardhan Reddy Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032

Key responsibilities:

- Visit the client's office daily (full working day, approx. 8 hours) and follow up in person with the Accounts, Finance and Purchase departments

- Track invoice status, bill passing, approvals and payment processing

- Obtain written payment commitment dates and follow up until payment is released

- Collect cheque / RTGS UTR confirmation and payment advice

- Send a daily WhatsApp report to management with proof (visit photo, meeting notes, documents received)

- Maintain a professional,



courteous and persistent approach at all times

Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience in receivables recovery, collections or payment follow-up (B2B / corporate preferred)

- Confident, assertive communicator in English, Hindi and Telugu

- Persistent, disciplined and punctual; based in Hyderabad (Gachibowli / nearby areas preferred)

- Own smartphone with WhatsApp

Contract terms:

- Duration: 1 month (extendable if required)

- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (daily reporting at the client site above)

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience

- Performance incentive on successful payment release
