Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media pages, executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and building audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and creatives.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, hashtags, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other internal teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, reach, and website traffic through organic social media activities.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and qualified manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of content formats, captions, creatives, and posting strategies.
- Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends,



features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative tools, or similar content-creation tools is preferred.
- Ability to identify social media trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience creating short-form video/Reels content.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus.
