Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business.
- Create attractive travel posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and travel partners.
- Assist with bookings and ensure smooth tour operations.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Knowledge of Canva, social media management and basic video editing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Travel and tourism experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
