Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-orientated DSA manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing DSA and channel partners, generating business through partner networks, and achieving monthly business targets.

The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have an understanding of loan and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits for DSA and channel partner onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Generate business through the DSA and channel network.
- Follow up regularly with partners and potential leads.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.




- Identify current business opportunities and expand the channel network.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products.
- Understanding of credit risk assessment and loan portfolio management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage channel partners and generate business.
- Target-orientated, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Comfortable with field visits and partner meetings.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in sales, DSA, banking, loans, or financial services preferred.
- Experience in the BFSI / NBFC industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant credit risk management experience are preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 12th Pass/Graduation candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
