A new dining experience is taking shape at Sorano, and we're looking for a passionate, proactive, and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic restaurant environment, leads by example, and believes that exceptional hospitality is built on attention to detail, teamwork, and memorable guest experiences.

Experience & Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in premium dining, upscale casual dining, or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Experience in staff training, shift management,



and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, billing, and cost management.
- Ability to handle guest feedback and ensure smooth service operations.
- Pre-opening restaurant experience will be an added advantage.
