Job Summary:

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to manage end-to-end onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities for non-employees in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, stakeholder management, and adherence to compliance and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities for non-employees.
- Verify onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and due diligence requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, suppliers, sourcing teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding requests through ServiceNow and track progress within defined SLAs.
- Update and maintain accurate records in onboarding and vendor management systems.
- Respond to onboarding-related queries, provide timely status updates, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain data quality, productivity,



and operational accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced controls.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, back-office operations, onboarding, staffing, or financial services.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management and customer service.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exposure to SAP Fieldglass, NEMS, ServiceNow, or other vendor management systems is preferred.
- Understanding of compliance, risk, and control procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of emails and requests while meeting deadlines.
