Introduction: We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Executive to manage hospital billing operations for ESIC, WBHS, and CGHS tie-up patients. The candidate will be responsible for portal-based billing, claim processing, and supervising junior billing staff. This role focuses exclusively on hospital billing and government healthcare schemes, not general accounts.

Responsibilities

- Handle billing for ESIC, WBHS, and CGHS tie-up patients.
- Process patient bills through the respective scheme portals.
- Prepare, verify, and submit claims as per scheme guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and completeness of patient records.
- Track submitted claims and follow up on pending cases.
- Handle claim queries, rejections, corrections, and resubmissions.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for necessary documents and approvals.
- Maintain records of submitted bills, pending claims, and claim status.
- Supervise and guide junior billing staff in daily operations.
- Allocate work and monitor the performance of the billing team.
- Ensure timely billing and claim submission as per applicable deadlines.




- Coordinate with scheme authorities and concerned departments for claim-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on billing, claims, and pending cases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable scheme rules and portal procedures.
- Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: BBA in Hospital Management / MHA / Graduation in any discipline.

Experience: 7–10 years of hospital experience, preferably in government scheme billing.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate hospital and government billing portals.

Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in ESIC, WBHS, and CGHS billing and claim processing.

Key Skills: Team handling, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving.

Note: This position is strictly for hospital billing and government scheme claim processing, not general accounts or financial accounting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
