Job Opening – Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Use Tally and MS Excel for accounting activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Maintain financial documents and reports.
- Support monthly closing and audit-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:





- B.Com / M.Com / BBA or a relevant degree.
- 6 months to 3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
