Profile Introduction

We are hiring a Software Troubleshooting Executive who can identify Software Troubleshooting issues, resolve technical problems, and provide timely support to users. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal users.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Diagnose system errors and coordinate with technical teams.
- Maintain records of reported issues and their resolutions.




- Guide users on software functionality and usage.

Requirements

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in software troubleshooting or technical support is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, applications, and networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
