We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently generate new leads and identify potential clients for events.
- Convert leads into confirmed business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.




- Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or corporate sales.
- Must have experience in self-lead generation and sales conversion.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
