Electrical BIM Modeller – Site

We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller – Site with strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and electrical BIM coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D electrical BIM models, preparing shop drawings, conducting clash detection, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D electrical BIM models for power distribution, lighting, cable trays, conduits, earthing and lightning protection.
- Model MV/LV electrical distribution systems, UPS and DG systems.
- Prepare electrical shop drawings, installation drawings and coordinated layouts.
- Perform clash detection and clash resolution using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and Civil teams.
- Support site execution teams with construction-ready drawings and coordinated models.
- Update BIM models based on site changes and prepare as-built models.
- Generate BOQs, quantity take-offs, schedules and model reports.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards and client requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings and maintain drawing revisions and model documentation.

Candidates with experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, MEP Contractors, EPC Projects, Industrial Facilities or Large Commercial Projects will be preferred.

Hands-on experience in site coordination and construction support is highly desirable.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Practical experience in electrical BIM modelling using Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Willingness to work in office in Chembur, Mumbai.
