Hiring Voice and Accent Trainer – US Night Shift

AGS Company is looking for an experienced and confident Voice and Accent Trainer to train and develop employees for its US-based international call center process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong knowledge of American English pronunciation, and the ability to improve employees' fluency, accent clarity, voice modulation, and qualified communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct voice and accent training sessions for call center executives.
- Improve employees' spoken English, fluency, pronunciation, and communication clarity.
- Train employees in American English pronunciation and effective communication with US-based customers.
- Provide coaching on phonetics, intonation, word stress, speech rhythm, and voice modulation.
- Train employees in professional telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
- Conduct mock calls, language assessments, and communication evaluations.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with quality and operations teams to improve overall call quality.
- Prepare training reports and track employee progress.
- Help employees communicate confidently and professionally with US-based customers.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer or Communication Trainer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of American English pronunciation, phonetics, and accent neutralization.
- Excellent coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international BPO or US voice process will be an advantage.
- Ability to train employees in a skilled and engaging manner.
- Willingness to work US night shift timings.
