Looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to manage project administration, billing, documentation and vendor coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • • Prepare and maintain BOQs Check vendor bills, quotations and invoices Handle project invoicing and documentation Coordinate with vendors and follow up on orders, deliveries and payments Maintain project and vendor records Assist with quality checks and flag discrepancies Coordinate with the design and site teams SKILLS • • • • • MS Excel MS Word Tally Valuable understanding of accounting and billing Strong documentation and coordination skills IDEAL TRAITS • • • • • • Organised & systematic Detail-oriented Efficient & proactive Good with numbers Strong follow-up skills Responsible and dependable LANGUAGE Fluent Hindi & English PREFERRED BACKGROUND Prior administrative experience in an interior design, architecture or construction firm preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
