Role Overview:

Telesales executives work in office environments to pitch offerings, convert cold leads, upsell accounts, and meet monthly sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients or manage incoming customer inquiries.
- Pitching & Persuasion: Present product features, explain perks, and follow structured sales scripts.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and turn rejections into sales opportunities.
- Order Processing: Accurately record sales, process transactions, and update client databases or CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Follow-Ups: Contact past or existing clients for renewals, cross-selling, or satisfaction check-ins.
- Languages Required: Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
