Job Description – Vendor Buyout Executive

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 1+ Year
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field

Job Responsibilities

- Purchase and source bought-out components for CNC/VMC machines.
- Find new vendors and collect quotations.
- Compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Ensure materials are purchased as per required specifications.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor details.
- Resolve material supply and delivery issues.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Purchase / Vendor Buyout.




- CNC/VMC machinery manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and machine parts.
- Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Working Details

- Timing: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Wednesday
