We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Thoraipakkam.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote and explain products to customers.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Handle billing, product display, and basic store operations.
- Maintain proper stock and ensure the showroom/store is well organized.
- Follow up with customers and generate repeat sales.
- Support the team in achieving overall store targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
