Lighthouse Communities Foundation is hiring a Community Engagement Executive in Borabanda, Hyderabad!

About the Role

As a Community Engagement Executive, you will:

- Conduct community outreach, door-to-door visits, and awareness campaigns.
- Identify and engage young people aged 18–35 for skilling programs.
- Build relationships with community leaders, colleges, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
- Support learner enrolments, attendance, retention, and career readiness.
- Maintain outreach records and recruitment data.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduate in any discipline; MSW/Social Sciences preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in outreach, community mobilisation, NGO programs, or youth engagement. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
