Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client communication.





The role involves managing multiple job requirements, building robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified profiles to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across various industries.
- Understand job descriptions, hiring requirements, and client expectations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Shortlist and submit qualified ca
