Kaleen Lifestyle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Merchandiser to join our HR team at our Karnal, Haryana location.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Karnal. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our domestic buyers, the production floor, and inventory management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from buyer communication and order placement to tracking production stages and managing stock levels. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of merchandising experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the carpet, rug, or home textiles industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Buyer Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic buyers; follow up regularly on order approvals, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Production Floor Tracking: Monitor product stages directly on the production floor to ensure timelines are met, quality standards are maintained, and bottlenecks are resolved quickly.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Actively track raw material and finished goods stock levels to ensure seamless production flow and fulfillment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design, production, quality control,



and dispatch teams to ensure accurate execution of buyer orders.
- Reporting: Maintain and update comprehensive order status reports, production schedules, and inventory sheets for senior management review.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 6–7 years of proven experience as a Merchandiser in a manufacturing setup.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the carpet, rug, or home furnishing industry is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle buyer relationships confidently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software for inventory tracking.
- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle floor-level production delays and stock discrepancies.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, Business Administration, or a related field.
