Job Title: Architectural Designer

Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and floor plans.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Assist with material selection and design documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Arch in Architecture or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Knowledge of building plans, detailing, and construction drawings.
- Good visualization, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
