First-Piece Inspection: Check and approve the very first stamped component of a production run or shift change before mass production starts.

- In-Process & Patrol Checks: Perform routine checks at set intervals along the production line to track dimensions, burrs, cracks, thin spots, dents or line marks.
- Dimensional Verification: Use precision tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and Go/No-Go gauges to verify hole sizes, bends, and tolerances against technical drawings along with instrument calibration
- Defect Segregation: Identify non-conforming or damaged parts, tag them clearly, and quarantine them so they do not move to the next assembly station.
- Process & Operator Compliance: Ensure machine operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and approved machine settings.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain shift check-sheets, and report recurring issues to the shift supervisor.
- Continuous Improvement: Support root-cause analysis and help implement 5S and safety standards on the floor.
- Education: Diploma or any graduate
- Experience: Min 1 -2 Years in sheet metal components

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
