Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and coordinate the complete recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, experience working with recruitment consultancies, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and interview schedules efficiently.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating with recruitment vendors, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

2. Recruitment Vendor Onboarding and Coordination

3. Interview Scheduling and Coordination

4. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management

5. Recruitment Reporting and Follow-up

Skills and Competencies

Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.

Experience coordinating with recruitment consultancies and external vendors.

Good interview scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.





Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines independently.

Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online meeting platforms.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.

Indeed recruitment support, as applicable.

Recruitment consultancy support and coordination.

Approved recruitment vendor payments and related resources.

Necessary job descriptions, vacancy details, and hiring requirements.

Compensation: Recruitment Based Incentive Structure

The final compensation and any future revisions will be based on the candidate's experience, recruitment performance, and company policy.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven recruitment qualified who can independently manage candidate sourcing, recruitment vendor coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and recruitment reporting while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process in a work-from-home environment.
