Job Summary

Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty / Technical Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students pursuing careers in the oil and gas sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, relevant industry experience, and the ability to explain engineering concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in oil and gas engineering-related subjects.
- Deliver training on oil and gas industry fundamentals, plant operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Explain technical concepts related to piping, mechanical systems, process equipment, and industrial operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide practical demonstrations and industry-based case studies.
- Guide students on industry standards, technical documentation, and workplace practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with technical projects, assignments, and interview preparation.
- Update training materials according to current industry practices and technologies.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant industry or technical training experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of oil and gas industry operations and engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.
- Proficiency in preparing technical presentations and training materials.
- Good command of English; Malayalam communication skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience working in oil and gas plants, refineries, petrochemical industries, or EPC companies.
- Experience in technical training or engineering education.
- Knowledge of relevant ASME, API, and other industry standards.
- Familiarity with industry software and technical documentation.
- Ability to guide students on career opportunities in the oil and gas sector.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
