We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to drive banquet bookings, develop client relationships, and maximize revenue from weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and other special occasions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive banquet sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business leads and develop corporate client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, proposals, and event bookings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with operations, culinary, and service teams for smooth event execution.
- Maintain client databases and develop repeat business opportunities.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in banquet sales, hospitality, hotel sales, or event management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of weddings, corporate events, and MICE sales is an advantage.
- Candidates based locally in Pune are preferred.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
