Job Overview

We are hiring a Property Sourcing Executive to help our team find properties available for sale or rent in different parts of Bengaluru. The role involves local travel, interacting with property owners, and collecting property information.

Key Responsibilities

- Source new properties in the areas assigned by the company.
- Speak with owners to confirm property availability.
- Record details such as location, property type, price, and contact information.
- Capture photographs of the property and forward them to the concerned team.




- Build good relationships with property owners and share regular updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum education: 10th standard.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Basic communication skills and a practical approach to work.
- Freshers with an interest in real estate can apply.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹35,000 monthly fixed salary, depending on relevant experience and skills. Travel allowance will be provided by the company, with additional incentives based on performance.
