About us

Vibescapes Nature Retreats operates nine resort properties across multiple locations. We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting for the group from our corporate office.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, books of accounts, and month-end and year-end closing across all properties
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for management
- Monitor property-wise revenue, costs and payroll budgets
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Manage cash flow, payables, receivables and bank reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial discipline at every property
- Guide and supervise the accounts team at the corporate office and the properties

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least some time in a controller or senior accounting role
- Background in resorts, hotels or hospitality; resort experience is preferred
- Robust working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software, GST,



TDS and MS Excel
- Good analytical, communication and team-management skills

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
