We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA PPQM Support Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support, incident management, process optimization, and enhancement delivery for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.

The consultant will support manufacturing and quality operations, resolve incidents, drive process improvements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & Incident Management

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules.
- Analyze and resolve production and quality-related incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Support business users with process-related queries.
- Coordinate with SAP OSS for issue resolution and note implementation.
- Support month-end and periodic manufacturing closure activities.

Production Planning Support

Support end-to-end manufacturing planning and execution processes, including:

- Demand Management
- MRP / MRP Live
- Long-Term Planning
- Production Orders
- Planned Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Production Scheduling
- Production Versions
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Routings
- Work Centers
- Repetitive Manufacturing
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO)

Quality Management Support

Support SAP QM processes, including:

- Inspection Planning
- Incoming Quality Inspection
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Certificates
- Usage Decisions
- Non-Conformance Management
- Defect Processing
- Audit Management




- Calibration Process Integration
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

- Gather business requirements and recommend SAP best practices.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration teams.
- Participate in enhancements, change requests, and automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization.

Testing & Deployment

- Execute Unit, Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate transports and support production deployments.
- Participate in release and change management activities.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles.
- Maintain support and issue resolution documentation.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
