- Prepare and cook continental dishes such as soups, sauces, stocks, pastas, grills, and breakfast items
- Handle mise-en-place independently for assigned sections
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP and food safety standards
- Assist in supervising Commis II, Commis III, or trainees
- Coordinate with senior chefs during service
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO of food items
- Minimize wastage and report spoilage or discrepancies
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
