Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions.
Role
We need experienced Drillers to drill accurate bolt holes in plates and steel members so that connections fit perfectly at site.
Responsibilities
- Drill holes in base plates, end plates, cleats, connection plates and members
- Operate magnetic drill (mag drill), radial drill and pillar drill machines
- Mark hole centres and follow hole sizes and pitch as per drawing
- Ensure hole alignment for bolted connections
- Select and change drill bits/annular cutters; use coolant correctly
- Maintain drilling machines in good condition
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE – goggles,
gloves and safety shoes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of drilling experience in fabrication or steel structure work
- freshere are also welcomed
- Able to read hole dimensions and pitch from basic drawings
- Experience with magnetic drill machine preferred
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
