Marketing Manager – Dental Laboratory

About the Organization

We are a leading Dental Laboratory in Kerala, providing high-quality dental prosthetics, crowns, bridges, implants, aligners, CAD/CAM restorations, and digital dentistry solutions to dental clinics and hospitals. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with dental professionals across Kerala and neighboring states.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for laboratory services.
- Conduct regular visits to dental clinics and institutions to promote laboratory products and services.
- Coordinate product presentations, workshops, continuing education programs, and promotional events for dental professionals.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, website promotions, and online branding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Prepare marketing budgets, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
- Organize participation in dental conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Develop promotional materials, brochures,



presentations, and customer engagement programs.
- Track marketing ROI and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, medical devices, diagnostics, or laboratory services.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and business development skills may also be considered for junior-level positions.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
