Field & Service Engineer – Jammu (Hands-on role ITI/ Diploma is must)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field & Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical devices at pump sites across Jammu. The role requires strong practical knowledge of pumps, motors, starters, and electrical wiring.

What You’ll Do

- Install and maintain devices at different pump sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Work with booster pumps, submersible pumps, and different types of starters.
- Handle wiring, Kit-Kat fuses, and other electrical components.
- Independently visit sites and coordinate with field operators to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and report site issues and resolutions.

You Are

- ITI in Electrical is mandatory; Diploma or Engineering qualification preferred.
- Have 6–7+ years of experience in the electrical field,



including at least 2 years working with electrical connections of pumps and motors.
- Experienced in pump wiring, motor connections, and different types of starters.
- Comfortable travelling independently across field locations.
- Own a bike and hold a valid driving licence.
- Good at problem-solving, documentation, and reporting.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary starting at ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional performance bonuses for resolving technical problems.
- Fuel allowance for field travel.
