Requirements

- Experience in housekeeping operations and team supervision.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all areas of the center.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, duty allocation, and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies and maintain stock records.
- Train staff on housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and infection control.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
