documentation, statutory approvals, and government body relationships. Ensures the company navigates

Telangana's real estate regulatory landscape with zero legal exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RERA project registration, quarterly updates, and compliance obligations
- Coordinate land due diligence — title search, encumbrance certificate, and survey documentation
- Liaise with HMDA, GHMC, Revenue, and other statutory authorities for approvals and clearances
- Draft, review, and execute all buyer agreements, allotment letters, and possession documents
- Manage the external legal counsel and CA firm relationship — brief, track, and review deliverables
- Maintain a master compliance calendar and ensure zero lapses in statutory filings
- Monitor changes in real estate regulations, RERA rules, and property law; brief MD proactively
- Support Finance with TDS on property, registration charges, and stamp duty processes

Background & Experience

Legal qualified or regulatory expert with deep knowledge of Telangana real estate laws, RERA framework,

and HMDA/GHMC approval processes. Strong government liaison experience essential. LLB minimum; LLM

preferred. 8–14 years of experience in real estate legal, regulatory affairs, or government liaison roles. Prior

experience in Hyderabad residential real estate is strongly preferred.
