Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and punctual Pick-Up & Delivery Executive to collect garments from customers and deliver them to the correct locations on time. The candidate should ensure proper garment handling, customer satisfaction, and accurate order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up garments from customers as per the assigned schedule.
- Deliver cleaned and packed garments to customers within the promised time.
- Verify order details, customer information, and garment quantities before pickup and delivery.
- Ensure the safe handling of garments and prevent damage, loss, or mix-ups.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate payment records, where applicable.
- Update pickup and delivery status regularly.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.




- Coordinate with outlet staff and the operations team regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Report customer complaints, delivery delays, and garment-related issues to the reporting manager.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements

- Valid driving licence and valuable driving skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to handle garments carefully and manage multiple deliveries.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is preferred

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
