Job Title: Scrub Nurse / OT Technician – TKR & THR

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Specialization: Orthopedics / Joint Replacement Surgery

We are looking for an experienced Scrub Nurse / OT Technician with hands-on experience in orthopedic surgeries, particularly Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR).

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of orthopedic surgical instruments, implant sets, sterile techniques, and operating theatre protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist orthopedic surgeons during Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR) procedures.
- Handle and arrange orthopedic surgical instruments, implant sets, and instrument trays.
- Maintain a sterile surgical field and follow infection-control protocols.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of required instruments and implants before surgery.
- Support instrument and sponge counts according to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists,



and OT staff to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
- Follow patient safety standards and operating theatre procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an orthopedic operation theatre.
- Hands-on experience in TKR (90%) and THR (10%) procedures.
- Knowledge of orthopedic instruments, joint replacement implants, and sterile techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a surgical team.
- Relevant nursing or OT technician qualification as required for the position.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with practical experience in orthopedic joint replacement surgeries and the ability to support surgeons during TKR and THR procedures are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
