Job Title: Back Office Assistant – Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Assistant to support daily packaging operations, maintain records, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and timely completion of packaging-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily packaging operations and ensure proper packing of products/materials.
- Check product quantity, quality, labels, and packaging materials before dispatch.
- Maintain records of packed items, stock, and dispatched materials.
- Prepare and verify packaging labels, invoices, and dispatch-related documents as required.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor packaging material stock and report shortages to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products.




- Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety guidelines.
- Perform other back-office and packaging-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills are preferred.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage records and complete tasks accurately.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a team.
- Previous experience in packaging, warehouse operations, or back-office work will be an advantage.
