About Chronexa

Chronexa (chronexa.io) is an AI automation agency helping businesses in the US and other English-speaking markets cut manual work with n8n and AI-powered workflows. We work with recruitment agencies, marketing agencies, property managers, accounting firms and ecommerce brands, and we're building a predictable outbound engine to reach more of them.

The role

You'll own Chronexa's cold email outbound to the US market, from list building to booked calls. You'll set up and protect our sending infrastructure, write campaigns that get replies from busy US business owners, and report on what's working each week. This is a hands-on role with direct access to the founders and real influence over how we grow.

What you'll do

- Plan, launch and manage cold email campaigns to US prospects in our target industries
- Set up and maintain sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
- Monitor deliverability, inbox placement and domain health, and fix issues rapid
- Build and segment targeted lead lists, and verify emails before sending
- Write and A/B test subject lines, copy, offers and follow-up sequences
- Manage reply handling and hand qualified leads to the sales team
- Track open, reply,



positive-reply and meeting-booked rates; share weekly reports with recommendations
- Stay compliant with CAN-SPAM and outbound best practices

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years running B2B cold email campaigns, ideally for US audiences
- Hands-on experience with Instantly and/or Smartlead
- Solid understanding of email deliverability and domain/inbox setup
- Excellent written English with a natural, conversational US business tone
- Data-driven: you test, measure and iterate rather than guess
- Comfortable working with a few hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time
- Self-driven and organised; you can run campaigns end to end with little supervision

Nice to have

- Experience selling services (agency, SaaS, B2B) rather than ecommerce products
- Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier or Make
- Experience with lead-sourcing tools and data enrichment
