Sales Executive – Kotak 811 Outbound Sales Process

Job Location: Kolshet Road, Balkum, Thane, Maharashtra

We are looking for Sales Executives for the Kotak 811 Outbound Sales Process. Candidates with an HSC qualification and basic English communication skills are welcome to apply. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective customers regarding the sales process.
- Explain relevant products and services to customers.
- Support outbound sales activities as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: HSC pass is mandatory.
- English Communication: Basic to average English communication skills.
- English Reading: Basic English reading skills are mandatory.
- Self-Introduction: Candidates must be able to introduce themselves in English.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.




- Candidates should not be planning further studies.
- Candidates should be available without extended planned leave during the first six months.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month (in-hand).
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹24,000 CTC per month, with an indicated in-hand salary of ₹18,000 and PF of ₹3,600.

Working Details

- Process: Outbound Sales.
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (fixed shift).
- Weekly Off: One rotational week off.
- Transportation: Free pick-up and drop facility between Thane Station and the office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
