WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY MANAGER
Location: Ulundurpet, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month
Position: Quality Manager – Construction
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in industrial, commercial or factory building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes and quality standards.
- Inspect civil and structural works, including reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
- Coordinate material inspections, laboratory testing and third-party quality tests.
- Prepare and review ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective actions and ensure closure.
- Coordinate with the client, PMC, consultants and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of construction QA/QC procedures and civil engineering standards.
- Experience in quality inspections, testing and documentation.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage quality activities independently at the project site.
