We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect / AutoCAD Designer to join our team in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of architectural planning, building design, technical drawings, and construction documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, developing 2D floor plans and 3D building models, and assisting with residential and commercial building design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural drawings and detailed floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop building plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare residential and commercial building layouts.
- Create 3D building models and architectural visualizations.
- Prepare detailed drawings for rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, staircases, balconies, and other building elements.
- Assist in preparing construction drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, measurements, and drawing standards.
- Revise drawings according to project requirements.




- Assist with quantity estimation and site-related drawings, when required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and architectural drafting.
- Understanding of building plans, elevations, and sections.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and building measurements.
- Familiarity with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting preferred.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD skills may apply.
- Experienced candidates with a portfolio of architectural drawings will be preferred.
